SMS Terms

Program and sender

Separate optional subscriptions
If you choose the inquiry-related SMS box, you authorize texts concerning your inquiry, showing coordination, appointment reminders, and leasing updates. If you choose the marketing SMS box, you separately authorize recurring available-listing messages, property recommendations, and promotional offers. Marketing consent does not imply consent to a separate category you left unchecked. Neither subscription is required to submit an inquiry, purchase or rent property, or obtain services.
Automation, frequency, and charges
Messages may be automated or generated with an AI assistant. Marketing messages may use automated dialing technology. Message frequency varies with your selected categories, inquiries, appointments, and replies. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. SMS consent does not authorize AI voice calls or prerecorded calls. These terms do not guarantee that an automated SMS service is currently available.
Consent and eligibility
Provide a number you are authorized to use. Each checkbox starts unchecked. By choosing a box and submitting the form, you electronically sign that category’s consent at the supplied number. We record your choice, timestamp, source page, and disclosure version. Notify us if you stop using or change the number. No marketing subscription is created merely because you provide contact details.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact info@avenuecorealty.com or 424.744.6763 to withdraw consent. We honor other reasonable requests to stop. We stop further messages requiring consent after a withdrawal, apart from a permitted non-promotional confirmation. We do not require you to create an account or use an exclusive method to unsubscribe. A fresh affirmative opt-in is needed to resume a withdrawn subscription.
Delivery and privacy
Delivery depends on carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not appropriate for emergencies or sensitive financial or identity documents. Our Privacy Policy explains collection, service-provider processing, retention, and privacy choices. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting the revised version and effective date. Material changes to message purposes or consent scope require appropriate new consent; updating this page alone does not expand your subscription.
