Who we are
Joshua Khakshooy Realty provides residential property leasing and marketing services. Brokered by Block by Block Realty · California DRE #02443617. This policy applies to information collected through avenuecorealty.com and our related inquiry and messaging services.
Information we collect and how
When you complete a contact form, we save your name, mobile number, your separate SMS consent choices, the submission time, source page, and the disclosure version and wording. Your email address, property or neighborhood details, and inquiry message are included in an email draft that you choose whether to send. When you send that email or contact us directly, we receive the information in your communication. Our hosting and communication providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect their services.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests and coordinate leasing services and showings. We use SMS preferences to determine whether we may send inquiry-related messages or marketing messages. Submitting a phone number alone does not subscribe you to SMS. If you separately opt in, messages may be automated or AI-assisted; relevant messages and contact information may be processed by contracted providers solely to deliver and support those communications. We do not use an unchecked box as consent.
Sharing and mobile privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number, mobile opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use contracted hosting, communications, and technology providers to process information on our behalf solely as necessary to operate our services, maintain consent records, and deliver authorized communications. This does not grant those providers permission to market to you. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell website inquiry information to lead brokers.
Your choices and SMS opt-out
Both SMS checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. You may submit an inquiry or obtain services without subscribing. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for assistance. You may also withdraw consent or request assistance at info@avenuecorealty.com or 424.744.6763. We honor reasonable requests to stop messaging, including requests made without a specific keyword. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already completed.
Access, retention, and security
Contact info@avenuecorealty.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you. We retain information as necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain evidence of consent or withdrawal, and satisfy legal obligations. We may retain suppression records to honor an opt-out. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies, tracking, and external services
This contact and consent flow does not require advertising cookies. Our website does not change this flow in response to a Do Not Track browser signal. Links to ShowMojo, WhatsApp, or other external services are governed by those services’ privacy policies; choices made there do not automatically authorize our separate marketing texts.
